Frustrated...

We are two only children who very much value our time. So why do I feel like his time is more valuable then mine? He'll take time off work to do what he wants to do ie sports.. I want him to take a day off to go to LA to see family etc etc.. In his words : That means taking time off work and money...
SO I guess that Nascar trip you took two weeks ago wasn't that big of a deal to spend almost $200 and take that Monday off to recover from your hangover.

Men and their priorities...

Not sure I have the best advice for this but if you confront him on it, remember to say "I feel..." instead of accusing him of things. GOOD LUCK!

So.. I talked to him about it the next day. I told him that it's very important to me that he goes with me because it may be the last time I see my grandfather alive. I told him that it seems that the things he wants to do are more important then mine when he says he can't take time off.
To which of course he replied, "its not about the time off".Then why did you say it I ask. The bottom line is he thinks the trip would cost to much and he'd rather remember my grandfather as a healthy person.
All of which is a load of bs to me. I just want him there for support but it is what it is and I'm no longer frustrated =)
So I shall go alone =)
